Es un producto genial, solamente que en algunos congeladores va necesitar estar más tiempo en congelación para que pueda funcionar de manera adecuada, el tiempo de elaboración de la nieve ronda en los 20 minutos.

Love this addition to my Kitchenaid mixer. I will never buy any ice cream again. I've made peach, strawberry, blueberry, lemon, (ice cream, sorbet and gelato), Baileys, and I'm just starting. Your limited to your imagination and the number of containers I have. It's so easy to use. I freeze the container for at least two days before I want to use it. I also put my ingredients together the night before and put it in the fridge. Once I'm ready to make the ice cream, I pull out the maker from the freezer and immediately use the fridge-cold mix. My ice cream takes a lot less time than the recipe says. I should have bought this a long time ago. The ice cream is so good: no preservatives, colouring of aritifical flavours. Pure and natural. This is a great addition and works very well. No I need to buy more ice cream containers (insulated from Amazon) so that can make more varieties. Summer is coming!

This household consumes a lot of ice cream when I buy it. Can’t keep it for long, in fact. The cost of ice cream is also going up, and the containers getting smaller as well as all the additives. Decided to make my own ice cream. This attachment to my kitchen aid has been the best investment! Easy to use, super sturdy. I permanent store my bowl in the freezer so it’s ready to use in a moments notice. Takes about 30 minutes and the slowest stir speed, per instructions, so don’t try to speed it up. I’ve made several quarts now and no signs of cracking or leakage as mentioned in reviews. Easy to clean by just rinsing, and wiping only the exterior (or your towel will freeze to the sides). Am I saving money? Yes. A little, I use organic ingredients so savings is about 14 cents per ounce. If I used nonorganic, I would save more. Whether organic or not, you are still not getting the additives and such with store bought. It’s also sparked imagination as to what we can make. The latest was Hawaiian hula pie-inspired (Leilani’s in Maui - see photo) and chocolate peanut butter. Enjoy!

I bought this last July. I've haven't bought ice-cream since. Make sure you buy the KitchenAid brand. Here's the pros, cons and a few tips: Pros 1. The bowl is easy to figure out how to assemble. 2. Stays really cold for at least 25 minutes. 3. Easy to clean after each use. 4. The KitchenAid brand seems well made. Cons 1. I wish it came with some kind of blade scraper. Like most machines, the ice cream is difficult to get off of the paddle. 2. The bowl takes up a lot of space in the freezer. Tips 1. Freeze the bowl for a whole 24 hours instead of 16. 2. Separate your ice-cream custard into quart size mason jars and refrigerate so it's nice and cold before using it. The recipe I use makes 2 quarts so I have one for later. There's enough sugar and it'll keep a few weeks. 3. Only use a quart plus about a cup and a half of whatever ice cream custard and flavor. It might seem like there's a lot more room but as air incorporates, the ice cream will take up the whole bowl. 3. Mix the ice-cream on the slowest speed for 20-25 minutes. 4. Here's the recipe I use. I add salt too and mix my flavor in a bowl with a whisk before putting it in the maker. I suggest doing it that way because I have learned that the bowl is so cold, the paddle can freeze to the bowl.
