Part not correctly described.
Product was fine, but it is not a replacement for a short cage to a medium cage. These are specifically designed for the SRAM William set up. This was not mentioned in the write up. All other aspects were perfect. Fast shipping and easy return. I just had to pay for the return shipping.

Does not work when replacing short cage on SRAM Rival rear derailleur
Pros: This part installs easily on the SRAM Rival rear derailleur. Cons: I replaced a SRAM 11-28 with a SRAM 11-32 cassette, and put this part on with a new KMC 10SL chain. The chain length was measured correctly and the B screw was maxed out. The cage rubbed on the 32 tooth cog no matter what I did. After messing with it for about a week I took it to a bike shop and they confirmed that it was not going to work. Wasted a lot of time on this. Now that the part has marks on it from hitting the 32 tooth cog I doubt I can return it.
