Can i use this to become a pro bodybuilder?

It takes more than creatine to be a pro bodybuilder but it helps. They are all on steroids at that level of muscular development. Every single one.

The spoon seems very small, is it 5 g. or should I use it twice or more?

I weighed it out using a food scale, and it comes out to about 3 grams per scoop. If you want 5 grams, u can use one big scoop, or I just replaced the scooper with an old scooper I had which weighed out to 5 grams per scoop.

Does micronized mean it will absorb better?

Hi There, You are correct! Our creatine monohydrate is made with micronized powder, which the actual particle size is broken down to help with a more complete absorption. Hope this helps, fell free to contact us with any more questions.

i lost my measuring spoon it comes with.. how much should i put in? would 1/2 teaspoon work or how exactly much should i know to put in?

5g is usually one full teaspoon
