I have no doubts after mounting them that they will hold. Some may be wondering if the nipple ends can be removed and fitted with standard 1/2" PVC electrical connectors. It does not appear that that would be an option, as the base is molded into the fixture and has a fine thread. You would have to do some creative modification or find some kind of adapter.
