Readings exactly what I expected. Very useful and neat to see my body entering ketosis as I started for the New Year. I initially tested with 2 strips at once for a few days, just to make sure I was getting consistent readings. Every test was consistent and exactly what I expected. Also, my ketone readings would go down in proportion with the amount of carbs I would eat while still staying under 50g. For example if I had a couple glasses of milk that day, at night before bed my ketone readings would be minimal. But then if I was really strict and had close to 0g of carbs, my ketone readings would be deep purple on the strip.
