Q: How do you know if the high sensor for a dual 60 is set for the correct pressure? If no code lights are on then is the sensor set correctly?

i had to scrape the gunk off adjustment screw to adjust it as it was not getting hot enough for true high pressure cooking. I had to test by just pressuring and releasing with 3 cups of water til it seemed right. ymmv.
