Review: When hitting off of a mat, the proper tee might seem like small potatoes, but tee height is critical in hitting the driver properly. I like to use the "zero friction" plastic tees with this item since those rarely break, and I position it so that the slot in the tee faces rearward, and slightly inside. So if you look at the tee from the top, the slot is approximately in the 4 o'clock position (for a RH golfer). This allows the regular tee to pop out of the ProActive tee and flip pretty much straight up in the air. That way you don't have to go chasing onto the range for your regular tee.

When hitting off of a mat, the proper tee might seem like small potatoes, but tee height is critical in hitting the driver properly. Its a great concept but overall your better off buying your own rubber mat inserts/ cutting them to desired lenght etc. and throwing them in your bag for when your at the range.... I found it more irratating replacing the tee's etc after every hit than the conveinance they are supposed to provide....
