Very useful for persons having knee pain and older it gives very good support for knees while walking and climbing stairs.

Great support for my knee It was very tight first time putting it on, but relaxed the second day! Managed to reduce some of the swelling as well in just a day

New runner here🙋🏽‍♀️ I started my running journey- 1 day on, 1-2 day rest. Couch to 5k regimen. On week 3 of running, my knees were hurting like crazy after a 2 day rest period. They didn’t hurt when walking or any other activity, running only. Kinda led me to believe that the pain came from the impact of repetitive feet hitting the ground despite good running shoes… not sure. Anyhow I couldn’t give up! I had a 5k to do so I bought these and hoped for the best. The 1st time I used them was during the 5k and the pain relief was absolutely amazing. No discomfort at all. Good support, good quality, functional, all that good stuff. If I were you I’d at least give these a shot, and if you’ve got chicken legs like I do just get the smaller size! Good luck

I bought this based on a lot of reviews of knee compression braces. I’m a carpenter so I’m always carrying or moving something. My knees are not the best, so having these wrapped around my knees give me sense of security that my knee might slip, if you know what I mean. First time wearing them as I hadn’t washed them yet, so the too band was a bit tight around the tops, but got better as the day went along. I’m sure with some washes it’ll get better. Definitely recommend!

These knee braces do help with compression, but they were a bit too large for me (5'3" 118lb female). They are comfortable, but I don't think they provide enough support due to being too large.

It takes a minute to get used to but it works great for compression. They can slip a little depending on what you're doing. They aren't too tight
