Victorinox 3.25 Inch Swiss Classic Paring Knife with Straight Edge, Spear Point, Green

Cuts smoothly. Like all other Victorinox knives gives great quality, ease of use and great price. I have three Victorinox knives from an 8”chief knife and two paring knives plus two serrated blades!! They really do keep their sharpness and ease of handling!

I am NOT the primary cook in our household & mainly just make food for my toddler when my husband is gone so my knife skills are NOT GREAT hahaha but this is just an example of what I use this knife for & how it cuts an apple!! It also shows the size in my hand (female, 5’9”, palm is on the smaller side). This teeny tiny (inexpensive) knife holds WEIGHT in the kitchen!!!! He uses it more than his chefs knife, & it hasnt bent/broken/scuffed since he bought it months ago. He does sharpen it weekly if not biweekly just because that’s his hobby, but when it is freshly sharpened it can glide through food like BUTTER. The thing I love about a pairing knife, and this pairing knife in particular, (as the secondary cook in our household), is that it gives you the sharpness of a chefs knife without the daunting nature of a 10inch blade that’s heavier than the actual thing I’m trying to cut. I find myself using this knife as a multi tool when I cook, and the only knife I’ll use to cut anything!! I also love that there was a color option of pink!!!

It does its job, sharp enough for fruit and small veggies, easy use for pealing and cutting. I've been using about a month and no complaints so far. The rest one star will be filled when I use more months and it still maintains the functions well.

This little knife has tackled some bigger items than you would think it was capable of. Great little knife that has become my kitchen go-to tool. Has stayed sharp for the couple of months of consistent use.

This knife is excellent! It is light weight, great handle, sharp and east to handle. Great value and we will never buy another brand ever!

Now have four of these. They have nice, stay sharp blade and non slip handle. Also ATK recommended.

I've purchased many of these over the years. They are lightweight, dishwasher safe, sharp and do a better job than more expensive knives. I have sharpened them in the past, but to be honest at this price you could just buy new ones.
