Very impressed
I was using uv nail glue. By the end of the day or next day the nails were already coming off. Was very skeptical about this based on the reviews, but I took a chance and am very glad I did. Like others have stated it was quite solid when I received. But I placed the jar in a small bowl of microwaved water and it softened. I did have to do that a couple of times to keep it soft but even when it harden up I still had not issues using, was just easier when soft. Being my first time using this type of product it did take a little bit of trial and error but after doing 2 nails I figured it out. You don't want it to be too soft as it is a solid nail glue. Following the product directions, I first filed the underside of the artificial nail and my own nails. What worked for me was to scoop a little bit out (little goes a long way) and worked onto the artificial nail...just a thin layer. I spread it out a little bit to make it a thin even layer. Not nearly the amount they show in the ad. Then starting at the cuticle, laid it onto my nail then pressed down firmly (was more like squeezed the crap out of my finger tips). Didn't get a single air bubble. If it was a little crooked I just slowing slid to where it needed to be. Any excess glue that came out around the nail I just cleaned it away with nail scissors and cuticle scraper. Then cured for 90secs. An extra perk is with this glue you do not need to hold it down before curing. Once I pressed it firmly onto my nail it stayed put. Enough so I was even able to cut them before curing. Stayed so well i almost forgot they weren't cured. I work in a warehouse and my hands and nails go through hell between loading an unloads pallets 40hrs a week. I've tried letting my natural nails grow, but with my rough job they keep breaking. With this glue my nails have lasted almost 2 weeks and still going strong. And not a single one is close to being loose. I evening tested on opening a couple soda cans and not even a wiggle. Will update with how long they last and how easy they are to remove in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review but hope this helps. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again. *Update* My nails lasted about a month but even then they were not loose or falling off. I did find a better way of keeping the glue soft. I placed the tub that the glue comes in onto my wax warmer. That kept it at a good soft consistency. Did not get so hot as to melt the container or make the glue runny. I have included a photo of the type of warmer that I used. It is one that uses a light bulb to create heat. As for removal, I just file the top as thin as I can go before getting to my actual nails and then use gel nail glue remover.

So Far, THE ANSWER!!!!
If you have experience applying polygel, this product will be an ABSOLUTE BREEZE. 1) its not sticky like polygel 2) its not your average glue, it must be cured, so you can mold the glue to your liking until you have it right before you cure and set it 3)a little goes a long way. On my first three fingers I use a thin coating then apply another thin coating for medium coverage THEN i cure. Thick coats mean longer curing time and I dont think anyone likes that. If you use too much the glue will ooze all over your fingers once u press on your tips. So place a pea sized amount or less 4) This product works like super glue but feels like puddy. I work a physical labor warehouse job and before this glue my nails would pop off before the week was over. Id also use polygel on my natural nail and overtime the actual surface of my nails ripped off! With solid glue, my gel tips have stayed on so far, starting from Sunday and today is Thursday! They feel so strong, durable and natural 5) Air bubbles can happen but they havent affected my polish at all bc after all im using tips and will continue to use tips rather than polygel or acrylic 6) I cured for 90 seconds and was good to go 7) I havent experienced the removal process and how it effects the nail but will give an update later 8) However i DID get ALOT of compliments on my nails from my coworkers both male and female! I absolutely LOVE this product and will be buying more! You have to try it! Also, for a tip, dont use a brush to apply the glue, use the paddle part of your polygel applying stick and just pat-pat it down till its completely flat. No more slip solution and sticky layers! You will never go back to polygel. I also heard u can sculpt a nail with this product but i have yet to try it. I hope this helps!

Not worth it
I really wanted this to work because I hate having to hold my soft gel nail tips while curing. I read a bunch of reviews of the 4-5 most popular gels and decided to go with this one. I always PREP my nails really well every time it’s nail day (takes me at least 2 hours for removal of the old tips and fresh nail prep alone). Also all of my new tips prepped and etched and primer on, etc. and then put them on with this hard gel, not too much and not too little, then cured for 3 minutes which is more than recommended. It was cool how much easier it seemed to be, I went to sleep when I was done and the next morning I was fidgeting with my nails as I often do and I barely pushed on one of them and it peeled right off. The solid gel stayed stuck to my natural nail really well, but in no way was it stuck to my tip any better than the sticky stuff that you get from store bought press ons. I had to use my e-file to buff this glue off and even then it was really difficult to remove and acetone was hardly helping. I eventually grabbed part of it with my cuticle nippers and slowly peeled off the layer-which I shouldn’t be able to do either but it was easier than trying to buff it off. I made sure the gel was warm. I made sure there were no air bubbles. I made sure to not touch it and used a metal spatula. I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ve been doing my nails for a year now and so far the best adhesive I’ve used is the Gelish tip adhesive which is also super super thick but my nails easily last a month with that stuff. Bummed.

When this product arrived I found to solid to use (I'm new to doing nails), I used the brush on glue instead. After seeing some tiktoks I decided to try it, I use my clean fingers to pull out a little and press it evenly onto the fake nail, then press that onto my nail, cleaning any gel that presses out, then uv cure... this glue is the toughest I have ever used!! It takes a little practice to get comfortable using it, but once you do, you won't go back!!

I followed all of the instructions for this product. Which, wasn't easy to do, as none were actually included in the packaging of the product. I had to go hunting for them in the product's description on the Amazon order page. I used a UV Gel Polish base coat, and cured it with my UV light. I applied the glue to the nail, spread it, put it on my nail properly, pressed down, and cured (for over 3 minutes in several cases). When used on clear nails, I got a couple of days of wear. But, if you had a Gel or Shellac colour to your fake nails, this glue does not allow the nails to be reusable, as it states! I cured the nails for over 5 minutes, and they would be off within a day. I understand the glue is supposed to allow the nails to be soaked off. But, if I can't wash the dishes, or even shower, without losing all my nails, what is the point in spending the time to put them on?? I am returning this product, as it is terrible, and not worth the money spent.

This review was written for the nail kit, but includes this product and processes. WORKS WITH FULL COVER NAIL TIPS! If you haven't applied too much gel glue, cures with uv light in 60 secs. *** Amazing value for price of kit, the tools, uv lamp and 60 bottles of polish within. 5 bottles of top (2), base (2), and matte (1) coats. 55 bottles of color polish. Easy to follow instructions and I used multiple products together with the kit, so I'll offer my process for anyone interested, especially if you're a beginner at nails at home like myself. I was patient, since it was my first time, but it wasn't a long or complicated process really, and I watched tv in my family room while doing my nails. Included in photos is the finished result (I am not a nail tech, nor a person who applies nail polish well), the color pictured: B37. Jodsone gel nail polish kit with uv light $50 CAD. Tomicca soft gel no file nail tips $10 CAD (they're amazing, as you choose length and nail shape you want to order, and they don't require any cutting or filing) and Makartt solid nail glue gel $15 CAD. All 3 products are 10/10 recommend. My process, first time use: I have thin, weak nails so I put Vitry nail repair care on first (purchased separately). NO DRILLING OR FILING nail beds required. The kit's basecoat over that once it was dry, and then cured with the uv light for 60 secs. I put the glue pictured (purchased separately) on the nail tips (purchased separately) using the metal tool from this kit which has a nice slightly curved flat end. It was perfect. Once whole hand was done, I made sure they were straight (the glue is still pliable until cured) and cured with the uv light 120 secs (two 60 sec cycles). File little plastic tag from edge of tip where it was detached from the mold. 1 coat of the basecoat, cure for 60 secs. 2 coats color (cure each coat 60 secs; 120 secs if you applied thick coats) and then top coat. Last cure 180 secs. Might have been extra, but I wanted to be sure. I then did the next hand and done. Put cuticle oil and living my best life. 3 products = $75 CAD (excluding tax), luckily had next day delivery available with Prime. The money I'm going to save not paying someone else to do my nails is CRAZY. I don't have to do a trip to the nail salon every 2 weeks. I wanted a process that was easy, effective, and wouldn't involve excessive nail damage like drilling or acrylic/gel powders. I am very pleased I found exactly what I was looking for.

I believe the idea behind this nail glue is fantastic and absolutely has potential. I purchased this glue as I've tried liquid glue and press on glue before and they didn't hold well. I was hoping since this glue was "cured", the bond would be stronger. Unfortunately that's not the case. I've tried prepping my nails and following the directions exactly, but it didn't help make them last longer. This glue may even hold worse than the regular liquid glue. I hope whomever created this can figure out how to make the bond stronger because using this gel is SO MUCH EASIER than liquid brands. It just doesn't hold well at all.
