Works and lightweight
I purchased the washer for my apartment there arenโt any utility hookups. The washer works great! It did take me awhile to figure out how to attach the hose to my sink. It helps to hold the metal ring just right under the faucet while tightening it. That way it wonโt slip down when you turn on the water. I recommend buying the extended 6ft hose for draining the water as the one attached to the washer is about 3ft long. It cleans my clothes and spins wonderfully as well. There are instructions but I had to look to the internet to see how much clothes I could fit on the wash side and the spin side. So I fill up my washer with clothes loosely not packed half ways using 1 laundry pod before I fill the tub with water 3/4 of the way. Then I start the washer for 15 minutes. After the cycle is done I turn the drain cycle on for about 1 minute. Then I fill the washer with water (1/2 a tub) for a rinse โwashโ I set the normal cycle for 6 minutes and put in a very small amount of fabric softener. When itโs done I drain it again for 1 minute. Then I fill the spin side with the clothes half ways. You can pack the spin side and should press the clothes down with the plastic guard to make sure the clothes are level and it gets some of the water squeezed out too! I only use the spin cycle for 3 minutes. Then I repeat until I have spun all the clothes. The spin cycle isnโt loud unless the clothes arenโt level or you have filled it up more than half ways. You can hang dry your clothes safely no water will drip on the floor after the spin cycle. As other reviews have stated this isnโt fully automatic washing. You will have to turn the knob yourself from normal wash to drain for washing. Then repeat for rinsing of your clothes. The washer cycle stops HOWEVER THE DRAIN CYCLE DOESNT STOP BY ITSELF. The motor will keep running so you canโt leave the washer by itself. You will have to turn it to the normal cycle to stop it from draining. I can keep up with my laundry for 1 person using the washer 2 times a week. I wash jeans, shirts, shorts, underwear, bras, flat and fitted sheet, towels and thin throw blankets (60โ x70โ) I havenโt tried bath sheet towels and a twin size electric blanket wouldnโt fit in the spin cycle side. The tub is easy to pick up and place in your bath tub to get rid of excess tub water after using. It has a built in handles on each side and a built in cord handle to hold the electric cord in place after using as well. I have used this in my kitchen and bathroom. The outlets are standard US outlets where you could plug in a microwave or blow dryer. Iโm happy with my purchase. It saves me money to wash my clothes at home and I donโt have to lug all my dirty clothes to the laundromat.

Highly recommend for small space living!
So far Iโve washed two loads, and I love this little machine. I live in a studio apartment without washer/dryer hookups, and this fits perfectly into my small space. I have it right outside my bathroom door, and Iโm able to fill it with the shower head, and the water outlet tube easily reaches the shower drain. Couple years ago I had a simpler model of this machine when I lived in an RV in southern Arizona for a few years, and this one is a little bit larger and more powerful. In Arizona I naturally didnโt need a dryer, soon as I was finished hanging up my clothes on the line theyโd already be dry. Now I live on the beach in the PNW, year round heavy humidity! So I already have a small dryer, and I had been handwashing my clothes for the two years since I moved here. I feel silly for not buying this machine much sooner! The spinner works GREAT! It spins out more moisture than the fancy machines at the laundromat - definitely didnโt expect that! So when I toss them in the mini doll sized dryer, they get dry in a flash. Itโs also great that you only have to use a very SMALL amount of detergent. I see a recent reviewer framed this as a โconโ, but I consider it a very solid โproโ. Detergent is expensive, and traditional washers use way too much water and detergent than what is necessary. This set up is easier on your wallet, and the environment. Itโs definitely a โproโ that youโll be using half as much soap, half as many of those heavy plastic jugs that take hundreds of years to decompose and choke marine life. Operating this machine with knowing how much you can load it up will come much easier to folks who are used to hand washing their laundry for years, those who are spoiled by tech machinery will struggle more! And thatโs because you need to use your own natural judgement and common sense, and rely much less on โdirectionsโ from whatever products youโre using to wash your laundry.

Convenient and best purchase.
After an extensive search I decided to take a chance on this one. I have had it since Nov 2025. No issues so far. I donโt know how long it will last but I am enjoying the convenience that comes with using it. I also like that it has a pump. Now yes this product had some negative reviews but I looked at the overall reviews to decipher what were the complaints or issues. I decided to take the chance as there were more positive than negative. For me, I decided to put the machine in my bathroom. It fits against the wall by door with ease. I did turn machine over so I can move the hose from the left to the right (underneath), so it can closer to the tub to release water directly. I confirm there is no leakage from hose that came with the machine but you can see it is cheap material but it holds up well. Power supply: I bought an extension cord that was suitable for washing machine (had to google the wattage needed) and then bought one from amazon. Yes i did see it is advised to hook machine directly to outlet but that was not doable, so the next best thing is getting the appropriate extension cord. Connection from bathroom sink to machine to fill machine up: I wanted something easy to connect where I didnโt have to ask anyone for help so I found something on amazon and it works well (no leaks so far). โฆ..Note: as advised I bought my own water hose, the one that came with machine was flimsy looking โ- anyway I just use the lid/cover of machine to hold the water hose in place while it fills up (you just hv to keep in mind to monitor it). In regards to noise level for washing machine section - itโs bearable. Like I donโt care bc you are getting the convenience of washing your clothes in your house or apt, than having to laundromat. The noise level for drying section - well the trick is how you level the clothes. It is what it is, sometimes you get it level right and sometimes you donโt. Overall no issues. For convenience - I love having this washing machine. I wished I had bought one years ago. Drying - itโs satisfactory. The machine nearly dries all clothes (as per other reviews like 98%); then I hang it up. I believe it says the machine uses air drying. You will figure out what works for you. Note: Only comforters cannot fit in here. Even if it could, I wouldnโt do it unless I bought an electric dryer. Spin - is fine. No issues. Just like any other machine you have for a house. Lastly I appreciated all the pics showing how diff ppl connected the machine and where they chose to put it, as it helped me figure out what to do with mines.

Don't buy it. Return shipping costs more than the product
DO NOT buy this washing machine. Also, since it's NOT shipped by Amazon, you WILL have to pay for shipping fees. Shipping fees cost more than the washing machine due to the size and weight, so you're really just stuck with this. This washing machine has A LOT of shortcomings that makes it unrealistic for use. CONS: 1) The water inlet hose does not work well. Either: the water enters the pipe and gets stuck somewhere in the plastic pipe, or the water trickles in at a very slow pace because of the small size of the inlet pipe. You need to use buckets to pour water in. The manual also mentions using buckets. If you're strong and able bodied, that may not be an issue. But if you're not very strong or disabled, this is going to be a huge problem. 2) It's pretty darn loud. Imagine a helicopter taking off right next to you. That's how loud the motor is. The YouTube videos on this doesn't capture just how loud it is. It's really really loud. If someone stood outside your apartment and listened, they'll definitely hear it. 3) You can only use a small dash of detergent. Imagine drizzling a bit of dressing on your salads. That's how little you can use. Any more than that and the detergent foams up and you need to spend forever scooping it out. No I'm not exaggerating. I literarily just finished scooping out a ton of detergent foam before I sat down to write this review. 4) The water doesn't drain completely out of the outlet pipe. You need to lift the machine up, brace it on the edge of your tub and let gravity pull the excess water out. If you don't have a tub, you need a drain that is on a lower level so that gravity will allow the water to flow out. Again, if you're able bodied and fairly strong, this may not be an issue. But if you're not, this is a huge problem. 5) I have a lot of extension cords, so I didn't find this to be a huge problem. But the power cord is quite short. Around 3-4 feet. 6) The washing machine did accurately list its size and dimensions. It's not as small as you think it is. It's also fairly heavy. I needed another person to help me move it to where I wanted it to be. It's not easy to put away for storage. You'll have to find a place to fixate it and leave it there. PROS: 1) The only thing I DID like was the spin dryer. I only needed to set it to 1 - 2 minutes to wring water out of my clothes. Since I cannot return it, I'm really just washing my clothes in the sink and spin drying it so that I don't have to wring the clothes. 2) You won't be getting a used machine because the seller doesn't pay for return shipping and return shipping costs more than the machine itself due to weight and size. I literarily live in the same state where the shipper's warehouse is located and the shipping is well over $170 on UPS. FedEx and USPS was far more than that. In summary, don't buy it. Spend the extra money and get a proper washing machine.

[Updated review after customer service request]
Updated review 6/2/26โ After contacting customer service for the issue in my initial review, we were able to reach to a solution without me having to return the machine. They were transparent about the testing the washers go through in the warehouse and assured me that the washer was not one used by another customer and returned. The mold/mildew may have been caused by a climate issue in the warehouse washers were being stored prior to shipping. They offered a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience. They also suggested I use it to buy a washing machine cleaning product that you run in the washer to clear out whatever gunk is inside. I was not happy that I had to clean mold off a washer i expected to come in good condition, ready for a load of laundry. If I wasnโt desperate for my own washer asap, I may have even weighed whether the partial refund was a reasonable amount to cover the suggested time and labor of going to the store, buying a cleaning product, and proceeding to clean the mold and make sure none remained (plus the frustration that came with it). However, the washing machine otherwise worked and returning that giant thing wouldโve been an even bigger headache. Since mold canโt grow in plastic, only on its surface, I ended up wiping the mold on the spinner side with the help of a swiffer wand wrapped with a wet wipe instead of the duster. The offset prongs of the swiffer allowed me to reach the inner walls encasing the spin basket. After I managed to wipe off what I could reach, I sprayed the insides with a hose and drained it out. Then I filled both tubs with water, vinegar and a bit of dish soap and turned the washer on. Although they sent me links for a washing machine cleaner to buy, I did not feel like spending any of the partial refund on another product I had to purchase for an issue I didnโt cause. After the washing cycle finished, I drained it out. I checked with my phone camera to see if the mold was completely gone and looks like it was. Only then did I feel comfortable using it for actual laundry. If this happens to you, perhaps follow their suggestion of using an actual washing machine cleaner if the diy route feels iffy to you. After 5 months of use, itโs still running well. The spinner likely the best part of it with how thoroughly it removes water from clothes. On a hot day i leave my clothes to air dry on a rack indoors. If a dryer is needed, I find that 20 min on low is enough to properly dry a load. In terms of how clean the laundry gets after a wash, Iโd say pretty clean. However, I do pretreat any clothes with tough stains, then add them to the wash. Anything grimy that would for sure dirty the wash water and the rest of the lightly โsoiledโ clothes, I spray rinse first. To save water on multiple loads, I reuse the final rinse water of a finished load to wash the next dirty load (add detergent/laundry boosters). Although this is still a relatively hands on method of laundry, Iโve come to like it because Iโm more mindful of how I take care of my clothes to help them last longer. They clothes get clean and stay smelling fresh so Iโm updating it to 4 stars. (Original review- 1/27/26)I believe I received a use d/returned washing machine. There are also signs of wear and tear, and dried liquid droplet marks inside the drums of the washer and spinner. There were black marks on the internal wall housing the spin basket that could be mold stains. That was the main issue. Because of the potential unreachable mold/mildew inside, I havenโt tried it out yet. The very reason I got this was because I didnโt want to deal with the mold and grime of the communal machines. This washing machine is sturdy enough for what it is and seems decent, aside from all the weird stains.

Surprisingly powerful and perfect for small spaces!
I am incredibly impressed with this portable washing machine! For a compact size, it has amazing washing power and holds a good amount of clothes. The twin tub design is super practical; the wash cycle cleans everything thoroughly, and the spin dryer gets the clothes surprisingly close to dry, which saves so much air-drying time. Itโs lightweight, easy to move around, and very simple to operate. It is definitely a lifesaver for quick daily laundry loads!โ

Small but MIGHTY
I honestly don't know why I didn't purchase this washing machine sooner. If you don't have much space or access to a laundry facility then this is for you. It comes already assembled and the size is perfect. We use it daily doing multiple loads. The appearance is nice in my opinion, you don't need to use much laundry detergent or bleach as you would when washing at the laundromat. It has a lint filter also, the spin cycle works great no lingering water left at all. Just hang your items to dry or put them in your dryer if you have one. This is a must have if you're like me and you hate making trips to the and spending extra money to do laundry. The only thing that can't be washed in this machine is our big comforters, other than that this machine is perfect. The spinner is small but just balance everything and place the little plastic holder on top to keep clothes from spilling out and the machine does the rest. This washing machine and spinner pays for itself, space saver, money saving while cleaning your clothes like the big washing machines at the laundromat.

Works well & easy to use
Reminds me of the Hoover portable that I grew up with. Cleans better than any full size automatic washer that I've ever owned. The clothes come out of the spin cycle drier also. It uses much less detergent than a full size washer. On my first load I used a laundry pod and needed to rinse several times so switched to a powder detergent for easier suds control. Don't forget to rinse. I've seen several videos that folks skipped this step. After the wash cycle, place clothes in spinner for 1-2 minutes to get out the dirty wash water. Place inlet hose on spin side of washer. Turn on water. Set spinner to 3. Turn water off after 1-1/2 minutes. Continue to spin for another 1-1/2 minutes. Clothes are rinsed and ready to be dried.

I LOVE My Washer!
I researched for a very long time before I settled on a washing machine. My apartment is small and I am always trying to maximize my space. This washer actually fits in my bathroom next to the bathtub, which is convenient when it comes to filling and draining the washer. Clothes come out clean and only take 15 minutes to wash and less than 5 minutes to spin. I work in an office so my clothes donโt super dirty. If my clothes did get dirty, I would just run the washer twice. If the spinner is unbalanced, the clothes need a little adjustment. I am completely happy with my purchase.

ALMOST amazing!
I'm a very honest person, so there's a few problems with this machine's accessories. LINT TRAP- I dropped the lint trap accidentally one time and unfortunately because it is made of solid cheap plastic, one side of the hinge that keeps both parts together snapped off. It's still useable, it just falls apart occasionally. I think using a metal hinge would've fixed this issue easily. DRAIN HOSE- The hook to attach/store the drain hose against the side of the machine is not long enough, it allows the hose to fall off quite easily. SPIN DRYER- This thing is AMAZING. It gets everything in it almost bone dry in about 3 minutes. HOWEVER... it's extremely touchy. If it's in the slightest off balance, or the load in it is a bit too light, it will either make the dryer basket beat loudly against the inside of the machine or cause the entire machine to hop across the floor like a jumping bean. Not a huge deal, but can be really annoying. Now for the review of the actual washing function- it cleans better than any full sized washer I've ever used, and I wouldn't trade it for a full sized washer either. Throw a little bit of pre-dissolved oxiclean in the washing drum and it will get your clothes as clean as they were when you got them off the store rack. After spin drying my clothes, they take half an hour or less to fully dry on a drying rack. The machine has some design hiccups, but overall it's an EXTREMELY good buy and I thank god I have it every day. P.S: I wouldn't fill the washing drum past the top of the lint trap with water. If you need to do more than that, you've overloaded the washer (I have the 28lbs version). I personally have NEVER had it overheat and shut off/timeout on me this way. Also for the love of god do NOT use fabric softener in this machine, it will break it like it will break any washer and will ruin your clothes. White vinegar is an inexpensive alternative for fabric softener and cleans the machine in the process (no it will not make your stuff smell like vinegar ;p). Happy washing, I hope this review helps anyone that was waffling over the decision to purchase. :)
