I drink tonic nightly, so I definitely have strong opinions on what makes a good tonic syrup. At 16 oz. this is a nice size syrup bottle for the price. I bought it because although I am fine with ingesting sucrose, I generally prefer not to ingest high-fructose corn syrup. (Just my preference.) But what I found is that this syrup makes a much nicer cocktail than even a good brand of tonic water; it's much more complex and interesting. Sometimes, when I don't want an actual cocktail, I'll use this to make a "mocktail," with club soda and a squeeze of lime juice. It's that tasty.
