I found a pair of major 3 headphones and I wanted to fix them up and make them like new. These rest on the ear and are pretty comfortable. Installing is simple just grab the old ones and turn them until they unlock. Like a quarter turn they can only turn one way. When they are unlocked pull them off then put a new one in its place and turn to lock it in place. That's it. If your cushions are torn or worn these are a great replacement. Check em out.

Make is definitely different, quality of material is lower, shape is different, and cushion less soft on ears - that being said, it works, it fits the Major IV perfectly, and I’m glad to have a cushion again after my original broke - so I can’t complain.

These are nice replacement earpads that fit my Major IV’s fine. They are easy to install and are almost as comfortable as the stock ones.
