great addition to the Thermarest Neoair Xlite
I use a quilt, not a bag, so the added few ounces for this sheet is well worth it. It keeps me from sweating against the mattress material when Im warm and being cold when its colder out. I had the old version of this that was heavier and used a clip to connect to the mattress. This updated design works much better and is more comfortable, plus the compressed size is smaller too, and fits in the mattress stuff sack.

Great add for any quilt sleeping system
I recently switched over from a mummy bag to a quilt system to keep things as light as possible while fast packing. I had been laying directly on the sleeping pad and that was okay, but this sheet made things way more comfortable. Laying on the sheet is much nicer than the pad material, especially in warm weather when I don't want to sleep with long sleeves. The sheet also reduces the noise from the pad so I wake up less when a shift around.

What's the point?
I purchased this thinking it would lend some breathability to my Therm-a-Rest. I had long been wrapping my Therm-o-Rest in a flannel sheet to accomplish the same purpose whenever car-camping and was looking for a similar approach when in the backcountry. Upon receiving, I found the Synergy Lite Mattress Sheet very disappointing. Way to thin to provide any meaningful breathability. And it doesn't actually even cover the entire mattress for which it's designed. It's more like a Therm-a-Rest G-string than a mattress sheet. So I don't get the "keeps the mattress clean" seeling point. The first trip I took it on, I began to place it over my Therm-o-Rest mattress, then figured, "What's the point." Alas, it's too late to return, so I'm throwing mine in the trash. I actually find it that useless. A shame, because I have always loved all of the Therm-o-Rest mattresses I have purchased and used over the decades.

Sleeping on fabric is so much better than nylon - Sweet Dreams
Definitely an upgrade over sleeping directly on the Therm-a-Rest. Now I wash the mattress sheet at every hostel instead of having to scrub the mattress when it gets too dirty from this LASH.

Okay.
I like the idea of this more than the thing itself. I found that this sheet moved around quite a bit and wasn’t worth the effort. I used it on a Therm-A-Rest mattress in a hammock which might have had something to do with it but I don’t know for sure. I am thinking about buying a second one and sewing them together making a little sleeping bag for my mattress. We’ll see. Otherwise it seems well made. Like it’ll last. I like Therm-A-Rest, so it’s not really a gamble for me.

Excellent
Fits perfectly on my old square Therm-a-Rest pad. Nice feel, works great with the quilt. Also, lightweight

durable
We conducted a through hike of the Appalachian Trail (2198.4 miles) and carried these to cover our mattresses with. We noticed when sleeping in our tent that the mattress tended to squeak (think balloons rubbing sound) as we moved in the night. While these are meant to use on top of the blowup mattress, we used them on the bottom to add an extra layer of protection. Light weight, small, and very durable.

Ummmm……no
This is a very thin piece of material that fits over the top of the mat. It is NOT slip resistant. It’s made out of material very similar to the mat itself- which is a bit slippy. It’s extremely over priced for what it is and what it doesn’t do. I returned it. Here is a hack though for car campers. This hack will not be viable for lightweight backpackers. Get you a Coleman or generic equivalent warm weather sleeping bag which is pretty much a lightweight fleece blanket with a zipper on it. Inflate your mat to desired fill, insert mat into the lightweight sleeping bag. You now have a non slip (top and bottom) cover for your inflatable mat and added warmth. And it’s cheaper than this reviewed item. Buy a little over half the price depending on what bag you go with.

Good product
fits my xtherm regular length mummy pad. Fabric is stretchy so should fit a variety of pads. Protects my pad and gives me a more comfy experience - better than I expected

Perfetto per i materassini XL
Oltre che rendere il materassino Neoair piu igienico e silenzioso ha anche gli anellini per fissarci la Quilt Corus senza dover usare i suoi elastici. Una volta riposto nella sua sacca è piccolissimo.
