This coffee is my new favorite for several reasons. 1. Unlike other half caf blends that taste watered down, Four Sigmatic Balance organic half caf has the flavor and aroma of full strength coffee. 2. It tastes rich & robust with no bitter or acidic aftertaste. 3. I drink half-caff to avoid caffeine jitters. This coffee not only eliminates the effects of over-caffeination, it amazingly provides a relaxing, yet focused sensation that lingers through the morning. Maybe it's just a psychological response to a good tasting cup of coffee, or maybe it's the additives. Either way, for me, it's worth the few extra dollars it costs over my previous brand. I'm 82 years old and, except for that magical stuff brewed up by the Army cooks in the field, this is the best coffee I've tasted. Here's hoping Four Sigmatic Balance Organic Half Caf will be around for the rest of my time on this planet.

I picked these up because I was curious about the adaptogens, lower caffeine content, and overall wellness claims. I figured it was worth trying for a month to see if I noticed any changes in energy, focus, stress levels, or overall well-being.The good news is that the coffee itself tasted great. I had no complaints about the flavor and enjoyed drinking it each morning. That said, I personally didn’t notice any significant difference from my regular coffee during the time I used it. It’s possible a longer trial period might have yielded different results, but I’m generally someone who moves on if I don’t notice positive changes within the first month.For me, my usual organic Paul Newman coffee remains the one to beat. Still, if you’re curious about adaptogen coffee and enjoy experimenting with different blends, this may be worth trying for yourself since everyone’s experience can be a little different.

My favorite coffee. I’ve tried A LOT of different coffees and mushroom blends. So far, this one takes the lead. I buy their extra caffeine, medium caffeine and decaffeinated. I am a true fan. They all taste great.
