what is size of sugar bowl?

It is oval approximately 4 1/2 inches in length by 4 inches wide and about 2 1/2 inches deep. I keep sugar in it at all times. It is smaller than a regular sugar bowl but much prettier than most sugar bowls. I love crystal & the sugar and creamer are crystal pieces. They are very pretty on my kitchen table. I keep it on the kitchen table because my husband is always adding sugar to his vegetables so I keep it on the table at all times. Beautiful!!

What is the size of the creamer?

This set is pretty small. The sugar bowl holds roughly 1/2 cup of sugar and needs refilled often. I'd say the creamer holds nearly 1/2 cup also.
