I used these to replace the hardwire I put in the crawl-space of my house years ago. It's not quite as dependable as the hardwires; example, in the kitchen, if I stand in one place I block the reflected signal that's supposed to bounce off my cabinets to the unit in there. Similar stuff in the garage and elsewhere.But, it's not susceptible to 60Hz buzz. Seemed like about every year or two I had to chase down a buzz on my hardwired system. I'd far rather one room blank out occasionally when I walk by than to have that darned constant buzz!!!

I reviewed the transmitter receiver set with a 5-star rating. This is just an additional receiver to add to the group. This product is amazing because there is no lag with the audio signal played wirelessly to many speakers connected to the receivers.

This product did exactly as advertised. I was very surprised it extended the Bluetooth range throughout my house a great buy.

This additional receiver is nice because it offers optical output. The receivers I got with my transmitter did not, although the transmitter took an optical in. Works seamlessly with original set up as an additional receiver.

Makes wiring and locating speakers simple! Use it for PA systems and surround sound and has been great so far.

Does not work with other 2.4Ghz devices.
