I am changing my review from 5 star to one star even if I could have been given zero I would give zero to this product and this brand service first month everything went fine however from second month becam worst product choice of my life. Moreover this services of this brand is so pathetic that nobody borders even after calling thousand times or writing an email 10000 Times. Nobody cares nobody respond. I recommend everyone don't buy this product

Honest review: Never buy this machine. Just two months after buying it, the machine stopped working. When I called their support number, no one answered the first time. After trying many times, someone finally picked up the call and told me to send the complaint through email. I sent my complaint by email, but I never received any response. Then I searched for more of their support numbers and found a WhatsApp number. I sent my complaint there as well. It took two or three days to get a reply. After that, they sent the spare parts but did not send a technician. They told me to arrange a technician myself and said they would reimburse the money. I arranged a technician, but they never sent the payment. After a few months, the product broke down again. I sent them emails again and called different support service numbers many times, but there was no response. They just keep saying that help will be provided, but it never actually happens. In the end, you have to arrange a technician yourself and get it repaired. You never receive any real help from them. Sending emails is useless, raising tickets is useless, and their customer support is completely ineffective no matter how many different numbers you call to register your complaint.

In terms of build quality, it could definitely be better and feels slightly average for the price range. On the positive side, the heating performance is quite good. The heat distribution is proper, and it grills and toasts evenly. It works efficiently and gets the job done. Overall, I would recommend it, especially for metro cities where replacement and service support are quicker and more reliable.
