I absolutely love these electrolyte packets! I struggle with staying hydrated and these have been a game-changer. I feel so much better after using them whether I'm lightheaded, dehydrated, or sick. (They're also super helpful for hangovers!) I prefer these over the name brand. The flavor is great and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. They mix incredibly quickly and smoothly, so you don't get that gritty texture or leftover powder sitting at the bottom of your bottle. The price is also pretty decent so I'm able to stock up regularly. Overall, I highly recommend!

This is a great value. I always keep one in my backpack when hiking it ensures that my energy levels stay adequate and that I stay hydrated. I mix one packet a day with water in large mug. Stays mixed well, but I add splash of cola & ice to tone down a bit salty taste. It has helped me have way less leg cramps at night. Price is less compared to other hydration drinks.
