To the ladies that got this cup to work, how did you get it open? Any suggestion to help?

Hello ! We are the brand creators but also users, so we take the liberty of answering your question: La Cup Luneale's unique design allows the ring to unfold even if the body is crushed. To ensure that La Cup Luneale is fully deployed, simply screw it onto itself after insertion. But unlike conventional cups, the body of La Cup Luneale can remain crushed. This may confuse long-time users of conventional cups, but it's perfectly normal: La Cup Luneale adapts to your body, not the other way round! There are several videos about insertion tips on the digital user guide (flash the QR code on the underside of the box). We hope it helps ! :)
