HASAGEI (Multi-Color-A) - Women's Canvas Multi-Colour Hobos Shoulder Bag Tote Handbag

As with many others I love this bag. It looks great and the colours were how I expected them to be. As a canvas bag the bands were never going to be too bright, though they are brighter than in most of the product photos. And if the colours were too light they they would not last that way for long anyway. The quality is good too, there has not been any problems with the stitching or zips. However I could not say the same about the clips on the shoulder straps. Only when the bag fell off mine I noticed that one of them looked to have stretched but the other had a crack where it had bent completely out of shape. Hopefully that was just a one off problem, but I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon's seller page and they apologized and within days they had sent a replacement bag. After taking the strap from it I will hopefully never need to use the bag itself. appears to be well made as it is holding up well. However the clips on the shoulder strap stretched out of shape, with a big crack in one of then. Hopefully that was just a one-off, but I sent a message to KANGKANG-EU through Amazon's chatbot hoping for a new strap but within days they had sent a replacement bag! But the way mine looks I expect to never need to use that other than the strap, which I have put on the original bag. If I were to make any complaints about the bag it is that it could be a tiny but taller. A couple times I have had to carry some unfolded A4 documents and the corners are just a bit taller than the bag so need to be folder slightly to fit. But this is not something I need to do often, and it does not affect them. Also the two inside front pockets are too shallow to be of any use for me. It would be nice if they were deeper so I could use them to hold a pen or roll l of sweets, but they just fall out if I try. But the pockets on the other side of the bag are a good size and the main compartment is very spacious. I have never been left wanting for space when I need to add an umbrella to my everyday items. It is just a good all-round bag that is holding up well and still looks as it did when new. So despite the problem with the strap, and because of the good customer service, I still rate it five stars as I use it almost all the time.
