These are great shelves! In the past, I have purchased a similar product from a large home improvement store. For the same price point, the Keter construction appears to be wider, more durable and the shelves have across grid pattern instead of straight slats. This alone improves the support and stability for items placed on them. Assembly is super fast, I am over 55 and find the using a rubber mallet to "tap" pieces into place helps to lock in the connections. The shelves are strong and wide enough for basic storage totes. After deciding the placement for your completed shelves, I do suggest strapping them to the wall for support and safety, tie downs are not included so I used a 1 inch wide x 8 inch long strip of Velcro strapping and fasten them with a washer and sheet rock screw to attach to wall, zip ties attach the shelves together from side to side.

Such a great price for such a useful piece of furniture in our basement. I can already tell I'm going to be buying a handful of these to make for neatly organized storage. The shelves are deep and sturdy and they hold a lot of weight. The only thing is one piece did arrive broken but the company was easy to deal with and they said they're sending a replacement. We're still waiting on it but in the meantime that's okay. The best thing you can say about it product is if you're going to buy more of it and we're definitely buying more of these.

This is a great shelf for the money if you have heavy stuff for the bottom shelf and lighter stuff for the higher shelves. Easy to set up, too.

It is a good quality plastic. Its easy to assemble and pretty light to put it where you want it. But it has lots of space to stack up more than you would expect. Doesn't bow or break. We use them in our storage unit and garage. They are great! We have several of them.

The shelf is very sturdy but the bottom shelf was cracked. To not have to go through the hassle of returning it, I just put gorilla duct tape. If I wouldn’t have needed it that day, I would have returned it due to the cracks.

I have this exact shelf in white but I am loving how the black adds character to my kitchen. This shelf is durable and it was extremely easy to put together and move around. I use this one for my small kitchen appliances and it really is durable especially to the weight limit of them all. I recommend this product if you want to have a way to move some of your small appliances off your kitchen counters and onto something that still looks great but over in the corner and out of the way.

Arrived with cracked shelves. Contacted Keter and was told they don't stock replacement parts. For a product that only has 3 parts. Stated clearly in product support. "Contact the manufacturer to order replacements of missing or broken parts." Whatever, I've wasted way too much life on this waste of money. Equivalent found in store at Walmart for 65.00. My own fault. This review actually is more about the company. The product itself is fine, I mean it's a plastic shelving unit. Kinda silly sitting here and reading this about a plastic shelving unit, but I'm just fed up with bad companies. You would think that a company making such a high profit margin would stand behind their product. I don't want any money or another product. Just hope this helps someone. Good Day!

Exactly as advertised. Ordered and delivered within a day or two. An absolute BREEZE to put together, and that says a lot from this person who is not mechanically inclined. Believe me, it's so easy! Strong and sturdy construction too. I'm using it to store medical supplies, paper goods, and larger cookware. Recommend!

This item was slightly damaged on delivery. I didn't want to send it back because it's huge and I can live with the damage. I did want to let Amazon know, but it seems like it's send it back or nothing using their automated services. Oh for a real person to speak with. Anyway, this unit is big and quite difficult to put together as the parts necessarily demand a tight fit. The instructions say not to use a hammer but I really had to use a rubber mallet otherwise it would still be in bits. having assembled it, it is big and it is sturdy. It's way to expensive for what it is, but the price is comparable with other, similar units.
