Great learning tool!
This book was in great shape and has taught me so much. I do wish it covered a little bit more of the advanced stuff but it's great for learning to the intermediate level. A+++

Good for beginners
This book covers the basics of photoshop. It gets you familiar with the tools, ui, and panels. It is not super indepth regarding mastering the tools. It is meant as a good way to get familiar with the basics of the software. It is a decent place to start if you are not familiar with the software.

Exactly what I needed!
I got this book for my college photoshop class, because I had the wrong book when classes started, and I was looking for a good deal when I came across this! I am so happy I bought it here, the book is brand new and is exactly the book I needed! The book came earlier then the estimated shipping date and I am so glad it did! Thank you!

I took this class over the summer to get some knowledge on collaging for my art projects and wow!!! I learned so much about photoshop that I never dreamed was possible! I would so recommend this book and this type of class at to really get up to speed with the capabilities of this software.

Forced to get this book for a class. I wish they used Classroom in a Book instead (which you should buy instead if you're not mandated to get this one). The image qualities are terrible and the book is just confusing (and I know how to use Photoshop).

Great book and lesson files...loved the way the book explained everything. Easy to follow. I recommend this book for everyone trying to learn photoshop.

Over priced, out dated, and ineffective.
Frankly you can and should go learn more from the internet. Youtube is a far better guide than this book which seems to have been written by someone who has never even used a computer.
