Go to shopelitegourmet.com Click on recipes. Then click on support. Look toward the bottom of the page. You should see "Instruction Manuals." You can download the file and save it. (I just did in case I lost mine.)

Yes, the cook function is to bake. Temp is around 300 degrees with 30 mins as default, although you can adjust the time to more or less.
