Poor Gadget, unfit and very problematic
Software issues, I was not getting a virtual keyboard to update wifi details. Customer care came and asked for visit charges which I refused and they accepted as a favour but charges me for the chip. Now, the query prompt keyboard at playstore for downloading apps not popping. Gave a complaint and the CCare said to run factory reset option. Now, it's working fine but to my horror, the TV channels subscribed have gone missing. I again ask for solution, now they are asking for a visit of technician which is chargeable.....this is traumatic and a wrong decision to upgrade from a regular Dish TV connection. I hope someone from the Dish Android Smart Hub understand these issues and address. I don't have a review option without any star ⭐

Not worth the money
Dish smart hub requires gmail account for functioning. If you forget the password of your mail id, or you reset it, it will automatically log out and there's no option for entering mail id and password for login. You have to factory reset it to login again and download all the apps, which takes a lot of time. Also the content is only 1080p, not 4K. So despite having a 4K smart tv I'm unable to play 4K content. Purchase it only if you watch tv channels more than ott apps. Netflix is also not there.
