Review: Life saver for sleep/panic attacks - I am recovering from years of high stimulant and nicotine addiction. I quit cold turkey because I couldn't do the step down thing in dosage (I would just keep ramping back up, so cold turkey was the only solution). I was experiencing horrible side effects like random adrenaline spikes which spiked my blood pressure and heart rate sky high, because I became so used to the high doses of adrenaline/cortisol spiking substances my body became accustomed to the high stimulation and stress accumulation. Even after being off stimulants and nicotine for 3 month, I would wake up in the middle of the night with severe panic attacks almost on a schedule. I had my blood pressure shoot as high as 180/120 with a pinned 140 heart rate. Basically my body/mind got stuck in fight or flight mode even when there was no danger anywhere and it would just scan for any little thing to freak out about. Something was very wrong with the way my body and mind would not relax. I had taken magnesium before. Also ashwaganda, chamomile (apigenin), L-theanine etc. They just weren't cutting it. Sometimes they would make my anxiety worse. In my environment with high stress and stims, I became too stuck in all that routine and burned through thr magnesium in my CNS. Taking this supplement it is very apparent that normal elemental magnesium just does not cut it. I have not been waking up with any anxiety lately. I have felt much calmer. And I feel like my rest is restorative. But more importantly, I am not having those horrible adrenaline spikes and panic attacks. That is in big part to maintaining a better mental state of mind and practicing those techniques to help me get out of fight or flight sympathetic mode. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best night of sleep for adhd people!!!!

I would recommend this product to anyone who has adhd and you have trouble sleeping at night because you can't shut your brain off from over thinking or having theory conversations in your head. This is the stuff you need! I havent gotten a more peaceful sleep in a very long time. I even have sleep meds to counteract my adhd meds but I wake up still tired from doctor prescribe meds... this no drowsiness, still feeling tired after waking up.... you just feel rested and ready to start your day like a normal person. If thats TLTR short version is if you want a better night sleep with no side effects this is what your looking for!
