What I mean is that this kit has what you need basically but YOU need to make it yours based on your needs and/or experience. I added a couple of BIC lighters, some tin foil, a small bandana, a fire wick tube (MAKE YOUR OWN !) and a cotton chuck-nut (no idea how it's spelled) or as we used to call them a gnute... You make them with cotton rope and a piece of 1/4 inch copper tubing.. Char the end of the rope and the rope will take a spark from a flint and steel or magnifying glass just like char cloth but the gnute is longer and sturdier. Anyway... This kit has a tin to boil water... Well you can see what the kit has by looking at the pics or reading the description. -------------------- IN CONCLUSION -------------------------- This is a very good kit with a good selection of items that YOU need to learn to use NOW before an emergency situation. I think that this kit should be in every persons vehicle or day pack for "Just in case"...
