The magnetic hold is incredible. I was able to put 34 bottles of cooking oil on one shelf and I did not have any issues with it Slipping down the side of my fridge or budging at all. It didn’t even move when I went and grabbed one and sat one back in the shelf. These are extremely strong and stable.They were fairly easy to assemble. However you will definitely need a screwdriver. It does not come with the tools to assemble it. But it’s really just a bolt and a Phillips head screw.These are metal and very well designed as far as the engineering. The upper rail as well as the lip around the lower shelf really secure items. The upper railing has a gap of approximately 1 1/2 inch between itself and the lower lip. This is great because you can still see labels of the products however there is not enough room for items to slip through.The stick very well to most metal surface. However it’s good to note that stainless steel does not apply.
