How can i maximize mileage with this soap since it's so expensive?

Cut it up in 4 pieces so the whole soap doesnt get wet and waste away

How does your skin feel after rinsing off the soap? Does your skin feel rubbery and waterproof after?

No not all, my skin feels smooth and feels soft. Remember everyone has different body chemistry. But this is a very good soap for me.

Although this soap is made with goat's milk, I would like to know if it is cruelty free?

Yes, this soap is cruelty free.
