The product looks good against our wooden hanging sink cabinet. It is exposed so we needed something sleek and well made. We were missing an O-ring seal when we bought the product but they quickly rectified the mistake for us and the customer service was extremely helpful.

First bottle trap was delivered with a scratch but after contacting the seller, a replacement was dispatched immediately! The paint coating is thin and does scratch easily so care must be taken when installing. Good product for the price, and excellent service from the seller.
