Kinhank 500G Portable External Game Hard Drive Disk, Built-in 111000+ Games, Batocera 33 Game System, for Laptop/PC/Windows/, (No Gamepad)

This device definitely will scratch that nostalgic video game itch. Even with all the duplicate titles whose only difference is country of deployment it has so very many games. Even if you eliminate all the silly titles noone will ever play you are easily looking at a lifetime of old school video game fun that will not dissapoint. I have yet to come across a non working title. When you couple this device with an arcade style fighting stick like 8bitdduo's ypu will be transported the retro game nirvana as you play the games of yesteryear the way ypu always wished you could. @a e game feature is literally icing of the cake of joay that this device will bri g to your life

Using it on a very old Intel Mac (late 2013 MacBook Pro) and works great. As long as you can boot from an external drive, it ought to do fine. One caveat--had a hard time getting a lot of USB gamepads to work. None of my 8bitdo controllers would allow me to start any games, although I could scroll between. The only one I have that works--and I have a lot--is a Logitech G F310 wired unit. Since I've only used it on an old Mac, I can't tell you if it would work better on a unit manufactured for Windows only. My guess is it would. Great selection of games, great value. Thanks, President for life Xi.

Bought one and tried to boot it on a Win 11 pc. It crashed. Tried to email Kinhank and got a responce that they are on vacation so I exchanged it for another one, same issue. Got it to boot finally no roms. I am returning it. I am done.

It’s not too terrible if you’re somewhat tech savvy, but definitely don’t expect this to be no fuss plug and play. Some glitches. A bit of a sound issue in many games. Some controls are a bit funky in some of the games. But all in all great for nostalgia.

I can appreciate the delivery on a 2.5" laptop drive, it's cheap and it works. The collection contained therein was pretty decent, I got what I was hoping for aside from a few strange omissions.

I'll start out by saying that I wasn't expecting a lot for the price. It did boot on a couple of PCs, but it did not on a couple of others. That's not the fault of the game drive but rather boot settings that I didn't feel like adjusting on those machines just to test it. Most of the games did start and play fine on a Mini PC with an N100 processor. Good enough for what I wanted it for.

Plugged it in and it was working right away. Because this was so small it was a good starting point. Easy to use as long as you remember it’s a disk so keep it stationary.

This is a great value. For $40 you have a self contained massive arcade machine. Endless games. I flashed this drive to an SSD put in in a small mini system I had your done. Highly recommended.
