The head of my microscope does not rotate. i tried to force it but i don´t want to break it. what do i have to do?

Hello, the head on the top of this model can't move. This one is fixed and the objective lens can rotate.

Is there a user's manual available? I don't know how the different eyepieces work, and there was no manual to speak of with the item
