Works very well compared to more expensive cleaners. Just pour it in and it works. Removes stains quickly.

As with any pool, identifying the problem and cause is half the battle. The pool store were no help. After alot of research, I identified the issue and it was scale build up and metal in the water. Last year my chemistry got way out of whack and it all happened at once. I ran out of time and just had to close the pool. I didnt get a before pic, sorry, but it was a brown swamp before. You can still see what looks brown, but before the treatment what you could see on the walls was a redish brown. The only white was above the water line. I will let this go for the full 48 hrs, and may have to do a second treatment.

Bought this to control scale on my pool after having tile bead blasted. It's only been a few months and I'm still seeing a slight build up on my tile despite perfect chemistry and using this product as directed.

I had pretty bad calcium build up on the blue decorative tile of our pool. I looked up how to removed it and people were using tapping hammers to know of the big stuff. They would also use a rough 3M scour wheel to with a drill. I tried both. The hammer was time consuming and wheel would leave light scrapes in the tile. I finally was referred to this product by our pool cleaner. Regardless of me not being super regular on the use, this stuff eats away the calcium and has helped keep the unsightly white ring away. I have since referred my neighbor to it also.

Used just as directed, didn't work on calcium build up. Wasted my money.
