Is this the genuine winco product. supplier gifts plaza of newark, nj sent me an off brand.

Don't know but every winco i have used is a cheap flimsy inferior product. Ultra thin metal with a huge gap between scoop and extractor. So crappy that they refunded price and said keep it because return cost is more than the product’s value.

this scoop claims to be a #12 which has 2.5" diameter but specs say 1.5". Which is it?

Winco ICD-12 3-1/4oz Diameter 2-1/2"

Why is this item non-returnable?

MOST LIKELY it is a FOOD ITEM .

Does this have the size indicated on the scoopI

The scoop has the size on the trigger. Every size has a different color handle. Gray is size 8.
