Bose A20® Headset Ear Cushions

I've been using these for a couple of months now. I haven't replaced my ear cushions for a few years and did not notice how much of a difference it really made. The cockpit is much quieter and I have had zero issues so far. I wear my headset multiple hours a day, multiple times a week as a commercial pilot and these seem to be still holding up. Cheaper than what you would find at Bose as well.

My old cushions were staring to flake and fall apart so I figured I needed some new ones. Bought these and they were super easy to install onto my headset which was nice! My headset noise cancellation seems like it’s even working a lot better with these new pads. Hoping these ones last me another 2 years of hard use. Cheers!

I needed to refresh my headset and get new Ear pads as my old OEM ones were beginning to flake off. These are perfect and have renewed the noise cancellation that I didnt even realize had diminished

Work great. Not quite as thick as the original A20 earmuffs, but they are certainly OEM, so maybe Bose made a change.

There's not a whole lot to say about these ear cushions. They work great, just like the old ones. The foam inside is a little stiff at first so I wasn't getting as good of a seal as I was with the older set that I replaced, but after flying for a couple days I noticed that they were feeling normal again. Swapping them out was a bit of a pain - there is a small lip that runs around the headset and these ear cushions have a bit of extra material that needs to be fed into the space created by that lip. It only took me a few minutes, but I was thinking the whole time that I was surprised there isn't a better way to be doing this. Maybe the newer headsets have a better system, but for the A20 it was annoying to change them out. Overall, I expect I'll be buying these again when they finally die in a couple years.

Good quality but not as comfortable as the original Bose. I'd probably rebuy the Bose although Bose don't last. These have lasted very well and I use them every day.

Keep an extra set on hand if you fly the A20s like I do. Upwards of 5+ flight hours a day with my headset on, I schedule replacement of the cups annually. Going on 3 years in the Louisiana heat and humidity and fresh seals on my bald improve the function of the ANC. These are soft, easy to install and worth the expense to keep the A20s functioning.
