Perfect fit for my dinning room chairs. Wish I had seen these before purchasing a different kind. These stay in place. Easy to put on & are soft. Not too thin & look good.

These have been an absolute lifesaver! My dining chairs are cream-colored, and with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old, keeping them clean was a challenge. The covers fit well, are easy to clean, and give me peace of mind during meals. I've threwn them in the wash and they come out looking new They still look great and have helped protect my chairs from countless spills and messes.

I just received this item in the mail today and without exaggeration, can already tell it might just be one of my best purchases ever from Amazon. A few years before becoming parents, my husband and I bought a pricey dining table set plus 2 additional counter stools for our home from Restoration Hardware. Fast forward a number of years, my now 5 year old has been eating at the “table” (in our house, that means the kitchen counter most of the time) since he could reach. We try to take really good care of our furniture and home but still, with the accidental spills and stains on the seat of my son’s counter chair, all the scrubbing and cleaning had unfortunately started a small hole in the oatmeal colored upholstery. This quickly grew to a near crater-like hole, exposing the foam padding of the seat. We’d discussed reupholstering the counter stools to another kid-friendly material since they were an investment but just hadn’t gotten around to it yet. The said chair was such an embarrassing eyesore though and the uneven seat was not particularly comfortable to sit on. I finally thought “there must be some kind of chair cover that exists for this purpose” which led me to Amazon. After looking over a few reviews, I was sold and thought with the sale price and positive reviews, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to try these chair covers. When these covers arrived in the mail today, I couldn’t get them on the counter chairs fast enough. I was in total disbelief. Obviously, the beige color and pattern texture won’t be an exact match for everyone’s chairs but this came very close to it where it blends right in. Moreover, not only was it easy to slide on and provides a secure and snug fit. The best part is that it COMPLETELY conceals the damage on the seat of the chair. It’s even comfortable to sit on now since it smoothed out the texture and you cannot feel the unevenness. I hesitated to upload before and after pictures because frankly, I was embarrassed but decided it was worth the risk to perhaps help even one other person faced with a similar predicament. It has bought us some time as we decide how or whether to reupholster the chairs. The material feels substantial and durable and there was a promotion at the time of my purchase where I was able to get a set of 4 for only around $15- what a value! I only need 2 right now but it’s great to have a couple on hand to rotate while the others are in the wash. I have not yet washed the covers so I cannot attest to the long term durability but did read other reviews where customers vouched for it. I would recommend these to EVERYONE and would even suggest to get them while your chairs are brand-new to protect and sustain the longevity of your purchase. I surely wish I knew about these chair covers before as I would have done the same.

The fit of these were perfect for my chairs. I haven’t tried washing them after the kids have used them, so I can’t say if it is as resistant as advertised. They are soft & not crunchy waterproof & have a good thickness too. I think they will be quite durable. Come as pictured too.

I never write reviews, but felt these chair covers deserved one. They far exceeded my expectations! They fit my chairs great, stay in place perfectly, are so easy to take on and off, and are just the right color. I definitely recommend!

Buy them! These covers are great! They wash up easy, low heat in the dryer and they look great on our chairs. Wish I had these when I first got the dining set. They really are that nice.

The seat area of my dining chairs is quite large, and I was worried they might not fit, but they fit perfectly. The elastic is strong and stretchy, making them easy to put on while keeping them securely in place. The material looks great and gives my dining chairs a fresh, updated look. Excellent for protecting fabric chairs from messing kids. Food proof but not water proof.

Update 2023: These were a life saver! The fit under our existing chair covers and saved us from numerous spills. Definitely recommended! Our 3 year old is always spilling food. Love that it protects the chairs and makes it easier to clean up!

Lifesaver when you have young kids! I bought one just to test if it fits and it did. I washed it, dried it multiple times and it’s still in great condition, so i bought more for the rest of the dining chairs.
