L-Proline is an amino acid that can help build/repair collagen. So it's good for skin, among other things you can Google. Amino Acid therapies work for a variety of conditions. I have found that potency varies, across brands. When combined with enzyme therapy, this specific Proline supplement is actually effective and appears to me to be of higher than average quality. Remember to combine amino acid therapy, whatever you may be taking, with an effective protease product, to ensure proper digestion of the amino acid product. Good luck finding what will work for your needs.

Product as described on Seller site. Just received Today 4pm. Had my Lunch already 12pm I will take 1 pill thou before dinner 7pm hopefully is ok since it says...On empty stomach, but.. will start next day before breakfast. I'll post maybe. . A follow up on how its effective support really works.

This is a must have if you take collagen. Your body does not absorb collagen without this important amino acid. I have tried several brands of proline but this one has improved my skins look and feel when taken with collagen

I find it much better to use capsules than the pure powder. The powder gets clogged up in short order. Now brand is the brand I rely on for many products.
