Review: Tastes great with soupy. - I first fell in love with this cheese when I lived in NH, there was a supermarket that carried it. I used to have it on wheat thins with slices of soupy. When I bought it recently, I had so much of it because you have to buy it by the pound (which is why I only gave it 3 stars for value) that I was putting it on everything including frozen pepperoni pizza. That was really good! Of course it's great on salads and other things too. I just wish they sold it in smaller quantities.
