These are great HV connectors for your CO2 laser tube, either new or replaced as some units arrive without any connectors on either the cathode or anode connections. These ensure you get a solid electrical connection without the risk of flashover or leakage due to the high voltage present. My laser supply is running at 13KV and you don't want any stray current paths. These are easy to install and provide great HV protection.

This worked great to replace the one I had to cut off of the old tube. Great quality, and it shipped with Prime so I had it super quick. We are looking to upgrade to a higher watt tube sometime soon, so this will be the connector I will use again.

The biggest problem with these is that it's hard to torque down the Phillips head screw that attaches the wire to the pins. I had to replace mine with short hex drive screws to get them to hold. They're M2-0.4 x 3 mm in length. A secondary problem is that these do not ship with shrink tubing. You need it for strain relief or the wires just pull right out of the connectors. Use 3:1 shrink ratio 3/8" marine shrink tubing. It has adhesive on the interior which melts to grab harder. If you want a better version of these without these issues, just buy Mssoomm Laser Engraver Power Supply High Voltage Cable with 2 Meters High Voltage Wire and 1 Pair Protective Connector Head for CO2 Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine Laser Tube Accessory. That also comes with HV wire so you don't have to buy it separately. I had ordered these but the lead time was long on the quantity that I wanted to I cancelled it and went with the MCWlaser connectors instead.

This is a great high voltage connector. It makes servicing high voltage devices safer slowing you to disconnect and reconnect them with ease. No more soldering or tape. Simply unscrew the connector and when finished screw it bac together. Both ends of the connector have screws to fasten the conductor making assembly a breeze.

One of the connectors clearly has what appears to be scorch marks on the end. Since these are high voltage connectors, I guess I won't be using that one. Didn't notice until one was already installed so I won't be returning it.

No soldering no silicone. Quick and easy to connect and NO arcing! Great value for a quality product.

Absolutely useless. I have now ordered these parts twice, after thinking I may have been a little heavy handed the first time , when I tightened the snail connecting screw on the cable ends. Having received the parts again I took extra special care when tightening, with the same results the threads on the M1.5 screw strip on either the screw or the threaded hole on the male/female connector. This renders the whole ceramic connector totally useless, because you need to purchase the a complete ceramic connector, not just the cable connector.

Great replacement for use on my CO2 laser machine. But, of course, there'd be many more HT uses for it.
