This has to be the worst order experience I have ever had with Amazon.BackgroundI needed some additional desert spoons to add to our existing set. I wanted some made of 18/10 stainless steel which is the best quality steel used by flatware manufacturers. My previous desert spoons were 18/10 stainless steel and I had purchased them via Amazon but they were no longer available from that supplier. So, after some research, I decided to buy MUTNITT spoons as they specially stated that they were made from 18/10 stainless steel and they had over 8,000 reviews with about a 4.5 stars average – what could go wrong….What was delivered1. CRITICALLY, the spoons were NOT made of 18/10 stainless steel.2. As a general observation - based on comparison to my old set of desert spoons, these are light-weight and much smaller. A very basic product.3. Just to add to the frustration factora. The product arrived later than promised,b. It was delivered to the wrong address.How do I know what steel was used?18/10 stainless steel is NOT magnetic. So, an easy test was to put a magnet by the new spoons…they ARE very magnetic (see attached pictures). Wrong product, or wrong advert claim, whatever is the cause, this product does not meet my needs. Given that the same ad claims it is a food grade product I do not even have the comfort level of knowing if that is a true statement.Just to be clear, my old spoons and forks are made of 18/10 stainless steel and they are NOT magnetic (as expected).What happened next?When trying to return the product Layger (the company handling the product) wanted ME to pay shipping. To do this on the 16 spoons would cost me $20. This is clearly not fair because the product shipped to me was not what was claimed in the Amazon listing or on the product label delivered to me. After several back-and-forth communications in which they:a) refused to admit the product did not meet its specifications.b) refused to pay shipping.c) suggested that I had ‘simply changed my mind about wanting the product’.d) tried to give me the $10 discount to keep the product.e) said they were only responsible if product was incorrect or damaged, differs from what was listed, arrived late or is damaged [I pointed out it was incorrect as was not 18/10 steel…they ignore that…oh and it did arrive late]f) attempted to simply end the communication as complete.Next steps?Currently – ambiguous. I have not returned the spoons. I have an open complaint with Amazon central, which I hope will result in a positive outcome. I am writing this review up because I think its important that people realize who they are dealing with when they buy a product from Layger, because they do not stand behind the quality of the products that they sell and they squirm away to avoid taking any responsibility for the product they ship. I hope the above story allows the reader to avoid experiencing the frustration I have had.

Very good with reasonable price

First off the handle is not a proper size. It doesn’t fit comfortably in uour hand. Second the spoon seems bigger than a normal spoon. I’m not going to use them.
