ForceFlex MaxStrength XL Kitchen Trash Bags, 20 Gal, Fresh Clean, 80 Ct (Package May Vary)

This is an item that needs to be made more available by GLAD!!! For some reason it's hard to find in a store but when you do, buy them. This is a much needed size for kitchen trash cans that average 13 to 16 gallons. The normal size 13 gallon bags are TOO SMALL. They just keep falling inside the can and the normal next size is 30 gallons! Way to much overkill. The 20 gallon gives that insurance that the bag doesn't fall back inside of trash can, this should have been a common sense size needed but it's still HARD TO FIND. So I go way out of my way and buy this size by Glad in bulk when I can find them. Also, not only are they a fantastic size, they also are quality bags. They're strong and have a built in scent to help cover up any bad odors normally associated with trash. This is why I go out of my way to find them and stock up on them after I do. Try them and I believe you'll be sold on them too, because as much as I have said how good they are, it's really one of those items that sells itself. Just give them a try and maybe if enough people try them they'll become easier to find.

Not sure why its so hard to find these larger size bags for bigger trash cans than the apparently standard 13 gallon sizes, but these worked perfectly for our brand new 20 gallon iTouch sensor 2.0 trashcan! They're thick, strong and stretchy without tearing easily and the tie straps don't break easily either. They're odor absorbent as well and really knock down any odors coming from the trash. The trash bags are a great value for the money for how many you get. We'll be purchasing these again when we run out. Highly recommended!

These are the only trash bags I buy now. They are sturdy, don't tear or break, stretch to accomodate contents, and have a pleasant smell.

These Glad ForceFlex MaxStrength 20 gallon trash bags are very durable and hold up well even with heavier loads. The material stretches without tearing, which helps prevent leaks and split seams when the bag is full. The Fresh Clean scent does a good job of controlling odors without being overpowering. They fit standard 20 gallon kitchen cans properly and the drawstring closure makes tying and carrying easy. Overall, a dependable choice for kitchen or larger household trash. The strength and odor control make them worth it, and I will continue buying them.

I’ll be honest — I do not understand the eternal feud between trash bag makers and trash can makers. You’d think after decades of modern innovation, someone would’ve figured out how to make a 13-gallon bag *actually fit* in a 13-gallon trash can. Toss in a 13.2-gallon can, and you’re practically inviting chaos, or overkill by using a 33-gallon bag. Most “grip top” bags cling beautifully right up until the moment you throw something heavy in. Then it’s all downhill — the bag slips, collapses, and suddenly you’re performing kitchen acrobatics trying to dig out wet coffee grounds or worse. So, imagine my relief when I found these Glad larger kitchen bags. The extra length makes all the difference. Trash slides to the bottom of the can without yanking on the top, and I no longer need clips, magnets, or frustration therapy to keep the bag in place. The built-in stretch and grippy edges hold better than most, and the scent options are genuinely nice — clean without being overpowering. It doesn’t last a full week (nothing does, especially with cats who leave half their dinner behind and the leftover veggie peels), but it definitely helps keep the bin bearable for a few days. Price-wise, these are right in line with standard bags. You get slightly fewer in a box because of the size, but the cost-per-bag difference is barely noticeable. I only wish there were a fully recycled or eco-friendlier version that *actually* held up — most of the so-called biodegradable options are so thin they fall apart or require sunbathing to breakdown for compost to be successful, which defeats the point of paying a premium for trashbags that are neither truly effective nor ecological. I prefer the darker, black trashbag as well, makes it more security friendly, but also keeps me from having to reexam old cat food at the bottom of the bag everytime I take out the trash. At this stage, I’m just grateful Amazon still sells these — because finding them in stores has become next to impossible. As long as I own a larger kitchen trash can, these will be part of my cleaning arsenal. No clips required, no slipping, no nonsense.

I have these on a subscription. They are delivered in a timely fashion. They are strong and durable. I only wish that they sold 15 or 18-gallon bags for the 13-gallon trash can. It's difficult to get them on and off the top of the can, and sometimes they rip.

I did not know these are scented; however, it is not that strong so they are okay. I got these for cat pan liners and they work well and appear to hold up 'under load' as it were. The cost per unit was decent for me too.
