I bought these out of curiosity to see if I noticed any benefits, but honestly the only real effect for me was the diuretic side of things. I couldn’t find much solid evidence for the other claims, and I didn’t notice any changes beyond that. On the plus side, the ingredients look straightforward (nothing that raised any red flags for me) and the capsules are easy to swallow. Overall: fine, but not something I’d repurchase expecting noticeable results.
