Why does the description not have cfm? that is the most important thing to look for while anybody wanting to buy a range hood.

Is it more noisy if the duct is adapted to a 4 inch?

I doubt you will get answer to that since I doubt anyone would try it at all. You need a 6 inch duct to actually get the 950 CFM benefit. You may as well just buy a lower CFM brand/model using 4 inch duct.

What's the exhaust duct size?

The hood is equipped with a 6" duct attachment. I would only suggest going bigger should you have a long run and /or many 45 degree turns. I used 8" duct with an adapter on the hood outlet for an eight foot run with three elbows. Works a charm.

For steam auto-clean function, it was mentioned to water, but can I add detergent to enhance cleaning?

Yes, you may add a small amount of netural detergent or diluted 1/100 dish washing detergent.
