How to secure the belt tight?

Please secure the belt in the direction of the belt, do not let the belt flip, more out of the belt near the abdomen, this can help you secure tighter

The safety latch has come unfastened 3x in 3 wears. Is this a know issue? It doesn’t claps audibly it just slides into place.

My daughters doesn’t seem to have an issue, we just used it today and I’m almost certain it ‘clicks’ to indicate it’s latched. We actually find it tricky to get unlatched. Sounds like yours has a bad latch. Send it back.
