Bought this set after my physical therapist used them on me. Cupping therapy honestly is fantastic for relieving pain and relaxing tight muscles. We took it on a recent cruise for helping to relieve pain in my lower back and my husband’s leg and knee pain. What a godsend! The cups take only a few minutes to use for pain relief that lasts and doesn't have any heavy pain med side effects. The cups do leave a red spot on the skin but it doesn’t last long. I love the good quality heavy plastic of the cups and the pump works well. The case is just cardboard and not as sturdy as I would like. Overall, for the money, this set is very good and very effective at relieving pain.

I’ve been going to the chiropractor for over a year and she suggested getting an at home cupping kit and I absolutely love this one. I normally don’t leave it on for more than 10 minutes and gives amazing relief.

The cup set was very well set up, it has everything you need and some we don't even use. Good variety of sizes. Lots of the Largest and mid size cups and fewer of the smaller ones down to about a 1" cup. They do hold suction well, they are smooth and there are no seams. Seams can be a problem on the cheaper sets. The storage box is better than expected for the price, it holds all the items and keeps everything in place while traveling. The pump did break after about 4 months. The cheap pumps are about $6-$8 to replace and they last about as long as the original. Originally, the prices was around $20 and very reasonable for the amount of items in the set. Overall, we're happy with but it seems that pumps will be replaced like service items, on a periodic basis.

For a first time user it is very user friendly, and works great. Also want to point out that when we received them one of the cups had a broken seal. Contacted them and they sent out a replacement right away. Great product, and great customer service. Thank you for the quick response. Would definitely order from them again!

i haven't yet used this item but it seems to be the same set that was used at therapy. It worked great there. They seem well made and they didn't cost much at all.

All the reviews for this seem so great but... the information packet is very hard to read with a LOT of misspelling and incomplete words and there aren't any instructions! You get all these pieces but nothing tells you what to do with them. This is an unfortunate case of getting what you pay for.

I'm very surprised and did not had much hopes at the price point. I got this to relieve me from tennis elbow pain and it does a pretty good job at it. Made out of plastic, good build quality and the suction holds well. They have included different size cups that cover many areas of the body. Its light and portable to carry.

I didnt think it was possible to have a bad suction cup set. Not sure why but the cups dont build up pressure. And if they do they immediately leak. No good.
