I order the standard size and received the lesser expensive small 2oz. What oz is the standard size?

You got the standard size. It's expensive stuff

A fiberglass lawn tractor hood. Two .25" bolts are molded to a underside bump-out 1.75"x.5" hangs down 1.5" for hood bracket-broke off. Will it hold?

Not sure because of vibration of tractor . We have used it to repair damage on a RV. Fix a humming bird feeder and repair a 4 way high pressure water valve. Has worked wonderfully. Mark

Is this product non sagging? Need to repair a few spots on the bottom of a bass boat.

It's an epoxy, and it applies pretty firm. That said, you can sand it flush after installation. It worked well for my needs, but I walked away strongly suspicious that I spent $3 on good epoxy and $7 on legacy branding.
