Codeage SBO Probiotics, 100 Billion CFUs Per Serving, Multi Strain Soil Based Organisms Blend and Organic Fermented Botanical Blend, Shelf-Stable, 90 Capsules

We've been trying to incorporate more fermented, probiotic-rich foods into our diet, and as part of that, decided to switch from Culturelle probiotics to a Soil Based Probiotic (SBO). This is one of the more affordable SBO's that still provides a high quality supplement. Be forewarned, if you already try to incorporate probiotic-rich foods into your diet and are otherwise healthy, these will plug you up at the recommended dosage; which is not necessarily a bad thing, because it proves how powerful they are. We became SO constipated after about a week of taking 2 capsules a day that we cut back to one a day, and then one every other day. I imagine these would be excellent for curing antibiotic-induced diarrhea. They are definitely more powerful than the probiotics our family dr recommends. If we've been around sick people or are under a lot of stress, we'll bump back up to 2 a day, but we normally take one a day or one every other day. And, as an added bonus, after incorporating these supplements into our routine, we haven't had so much as a cold in 5 or 6 months.

I have issues with both SIBO and IBS-D, and these were recommended to me. I was hesitant because they are pricy, but if you live with IBS-D, you know price is not always an issue when looking for relief. I am very impressed- my bathroom issues are the closest to “normal” as they have been in 20 YEARS. Yes, I still get urgency at times, but not daily. Yes, I still get diarrhea, but I know if I take 2-3 of these after the first episode, it will resolve before the end of the day. This impressed me hugely, because after 20 years, I had found nothing that helped but a doctor who understood that I might take 3 lomotil at once, but I only needed to do so once a day and not daily and so did not accuse me of abusing them. I much prefer to use natural things that “fix” my issues. Are these a fix? Maybe. They work right now, and right now is what matters to me. They also help with antibiotic diarrhea- again, take 2-3 at one time. It addresses the problem in a day or 2 for me. So yes, I highly recommend these probiotics. They have made my life much more normal.. and that is worth every penny!

Great product

This is BY FAR my most FAVORITE pro/prebiotic supplement I have ever taken! I have tried sooo many in my life and kind of just stopped because I didnt enjoy the ones I was taking and didnt feel like they were doing anything for me. This product has sooo many good ingredients! Flax seeds, ginger, pumpkin, and my favorite, turmeric! All the the ingredients in this product is just everything I want in one pill and that is what I get! My skin, hair, and nails have been AMAZING! the growth of my hair has been so fast and my skin has cleared up so much! The pills do not have a bad after taste and is not hard to swallow. I highly highly recommend this product and I will continue to repurchase these!

I love that I don’t have to take this on a full stomach. It’s super easy to digest and doesn’t leave you with a bad aftertaste like all the other capsules I had to take. I’m noticing it’s a lot easier for me to introduce raw greens into my diet since using these probiotics.
