The media could not be loaded.  As far as treadmills go, I've had a couple and always been disappointed after a while that they don't quite hold up to any amount of rigorous exercise, this one however is a little different. It's a hefty package when it arrives but takes minimal assembly straight out the box as it just folds open.The most important things for me besides the fact that it needed to be a little more sturdy was the fact that it would have enough width for my running stance which is quite wide. it also needed a place to put my tablet so i can distract myself whilst running, however the added speakers is a nice touch that i wasn't originally looking for that just mean i don't have to sweat through my headset, the treadmill isn't loud so it means i don't even have to have full sound on in order to hear my show.Top speeds are reasonably high, not exactly top spec, but good enough for a really good workout, add the fact that i can control it from my phone, the remote or on the treadmill itself as well as fold it up and slide it under the sofa and it's a win win, without the need for loads of exercising room.

It's ideal for a space constrained environment as it folds flat and can be stowed away with ease. The treadmill itself is very strong and sturdy and looks great. It has two modes walking and running and the walking mode doesn't require the side supports to be raised, so is ideal for under the desk, the speed in this mode is capped at 6kmph and with the sides raised it allows you to do 12kmph.The belt is a decent size and is very smooth, it can be adjusted if required and it's of good quality. The machine comes with a phone stand for the top, ideal for putting on netflix when running, it has bluetooth speakers that produce great quality audio built in and it has an LED display built into the main control button. The treadmill is very stylish and modern and really quiet during operation. Ideal for a home office or home gym.

Over the years I’ve owned I’ve owned 3 or 4 treadmills for the home but usually they don’t live up to the promise. This versatile folding treadmill however is a fantastic addition to my home gym as I can use it for work outs running in my spare time but also for work out walks whilst I am working away in my home office at my UMI sit / stand desk.The treadmill can be used in 2 ways, firstly as a fully functional running treadmill with the support arm in the unfolded, and secondly as an under-desk walking treadmill, with the support arm folded flat which is perfect for my needs to keep me fit while I work. I also should mention that it is limited to 6km/h when it is folded for safety but this still allows you to maintain a nice brisk walking pace. When it is unfolded in the full upright position it can be used for running with a maximum speed of 12km/h.It is very surprisingly slim and compact when folded flat against the wall with a thickness of 20cm as well as being lightweight only weighing 97lbs. The wheels located on the bottom also make it easier to manoeuvre or put away after use.Furthermore, it has a strong but fairly quiet 2.0 horsepower electric DC power motor with a silicone structured running board with a honeycomb effect and is also made with aluminium alloy that should provide good durability over time. I particularly like the unique AIR shock reduction and noise reduction feature, this noticeably provides more comfort than I’ve experienced before and I hope this will help reduce any damage to my old knee while also reducing the noise.The running belt itself has a 7-layered soft elastic running platform that is thick, long-lasting, slip-resistant, and abrasion-resistant. It has an 18” wide running belt which is one of the widest running belts I have come across compared to treadmills at my local gym, this is ideal for taller people like me who need more room.Another feature I really like about this treadmill that sets it apart is that it connects to a free work out App, while I also really appreciate the bluetooth speaker and the remote control that lets you operate the treadmill easily. I can effectively adjust the speed or stop the machine remotely, customise my favourite sports programs on the workout App and listen to my music through the strong Hi-Fi Bluetooth speaker which makes workouts so much more fun.I like the stable triangular handrail, it is different to what I am used to in the gym, but I think it has been made more minimalistic to make it easier to fold down and be more compact. It also has a section to mount my phone so I can watch videos or be on the workout App at a comfortable viewing angle whilst I am exercising.One niggle I have with this treadmill is that I can only mount my iPhone as my iPad won’t fit in the stand for watching movies etc while running but I’ve figured a workaround for this which I will post photos of soon when I get time.One thing I really appreciated is how it comes ready to use as soon as it is unpacked, with no assembly required which for me is a huge bonus. It also has a nice large circular LED display that clearly shows the speed, distance, calorie, and distance settings and has a general nice solid build.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the 2-in-1 design of this treadmill particularly as I can now get some exercise in whilst working at my sit / stand desk during the day. Its also a very versatile design, compact when folded flat upright against a wall out of the way, and a great addition to my home gym.
