These are great and easy to swallow.
These are timeless in delivering every good nutrient. Loved them since my youth of drinking the liquid form straight. Yes, one teaspoon daily. Yuck, but great!

Cod Liver Oil Capsules: Because Mom Knows Best!
What’s to say about these capsules? I got them because they were a staple in my childhood - Mom insisted they were good for me and kept me healthy. Now, as an adult trying to get back on the healthy train, I'm taking them again because, well, Mom says they’re good for me (and who am I to argue with that?). Jokes aside, they’re small and easy to swallow, making them a breeze to add to my daily routine. I'll definitely keep buying them - they’re a throwback to good health and Mom's wisdom!"

i don't trust anything - i mean it - NOTHING. these are made by P&G, which is (supposedly) a reputable company - the problem is - how do you know if they're really what they say the are, and how would you know if they're doing any good? i DO like that they're so easy to swallow - however, having to take SEVERAL each day? why not just make them a little bigger and say one each day rather than SIX each day? i mean - i don't MIND taking that many, but i'm OLD and i forget stuff so i seldom actually take SIX in one day. anyway - cod liver oil is 'supposedly' the best source of vitamin-D other than the sun.
