just a cheap plastic the caver a hole ...but you need it =P

Fits snugly. I rapped some electrical tape around the wire for the license plate light so I wouldn’t lose it inside the body if I ever wanted to put the bracket back and left the lip of the tape around the edge of the round hole so it won’t fall in. Have to take out the little metal clips so it can snap in as well. Snaps in easy and seems sturdy. I like it.
